Rooted in
the Kentucky hills.
Our vision for 3.64 acres of meadow, hardwoods, and breathing room at 2059 Redbird Road in Williamsburg.

Illustrative masterplan, not a survey. Boundaries, spacing, access, facilities and trail positions require professional verification.
Spread out.
Settle in.
A single winding drive connects the retreat. Staggered cabins and preserved trees are intended to give each stay a sense of its own place.
The Meadow
Upper meadow · Open skies, golden afternoons, and coffee with a front-row seat to the hills.
The Overlook
Valley edge · A glass-front hideout with a private deck looking out toward the wooded valley.
The Ember
Mid-property · A cozy gathering place for slow dinners, fireside stories, and one more night.
The Hideaway
Lower woodland · Tucked into the hardwoods. A private soak, soft lantern light, and very little else.
The existing cabin is envisioned as a shared support lodge, with a nearby gathering circle. A separate on-site walking path is only a concept at this stage.
Let the land
lead the way.
This is the real property photograph that started the idea. The design aims to work with the open meadow and wooded hillside, preserving the character that makes the place special.
